Morgenrot Corporation (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining effective privacy protection for its users. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us and assist you in making informed decisions when using our Site.

For the purpose of this Agreement, “Site” refers to this website, which can be accessed at www.ai8pool.com.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company.

“You” and “your” refer to you, as a person who accesses and/or uses our Site.

By accessing our Site, you accept our Privacy Policy and consent to our collection, storage, use, and/or disclosure of your Personal Information as defined and described in this Privacy Policy.

 

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT 

We collect Non-Personal Information and Personal Information. “Non-Personal” Information refers to and includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. “Personal Information” refers to and includes your email address, billing address, IP address, and any other personal identifiable information which you submit or make accessible to us through the registration process at the Site.

      a) Information collected via technology

  • In an effort to improve the quality and visitor experience of the Site, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you access, view, or use the Site, such as the website you came from, the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Site, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies which are small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. Sending a cookie to a user’s browser enables us to collect Non-Personal Information about that user and keep a record of the user’s preferences when utilizing our Sites, both on an individual and aggregate basis.
  • The Company may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them and session cookies expire when you close your browser.

  • The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18. In the event that we learn that we have gathered Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18, we will delete that information as soon as possible. 2. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent, distribute, or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to users’ email addresses for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.   • In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Site and user experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use patterns on the Site and regarding our Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners, advertisers, and other third parties at any time and in our discretion.
  •  If we undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred. 4. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of receiving any further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. You can also indicate that you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link in the promotional email. 6. EUROPEAN TERRITORY USERS

In compliance with certain privacy laws, in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we provide specific additional rights for individuals who interact with us such as the right to access, rectify, object, complain about, erasure, and blockage of your Personal Information. More specifically and under certain circumstances, you have the right to:

  • request information about whether and which Personal Data is processed by us, and the right to demand that Personal Data is rectified or amended;
  • request that Personal Data should be deleted;
  • demand that our processing of Personal Data should be restricted;

In addition to the above, we reference certain rights for European Territory citizens throughout this Privacy Policy. Pursuant to the GDPR, citizens from “European Territories” mean the European Economic Area (EEA), the European Free Trade Area (EFTA) and Switzerland. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, the term “European Territories” shall continue to include the United Kingdom, even though the United Kingdom has left the European Economic Area following Brexit.

(v) whether we have disclosed your Personal Information for a business purpose and, if so, the categories of Personal Information received by each category of third-party recipient; and

(vi)whether we have sold your Personal Information, and if so, the categories of Personal Information received by each category of third-party recipient.

      b) Access: You can request a copy of the Personal Information that we have collected about you during the past 12 months.

      c) Deletion: You can ask us to delete the Personal Information that we have collected from you.

      d) Opt-out of sales: We do not sell your Personal Information that we have collected from you.

      e) Opt-in: Since we do not sell your Personal Information to third-party recipients, there is no opt-in option to sell your Personal Information.

      f) Non-discrimination: You are entitled to exercise the rights described above free from discrimination. This means that we will not penalize you for exercising your rights by taking actions such as denying you Sites; increasing the price/rate of Sites; decreasing Site quality; or suggesting that we may penalize you as described above for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights

      a) You may exercise your California privacy rights described above as follows:

  • Right to opt-out or opt-in of the “sale” of your Personal Information: We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information to third parties.
 

      b) We will need to confirm your identity and California residency to process your requests to exercise your information, access, or deletion rights. We cannot process your request if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.

 

 8. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

The Company reserves the right to change this policy and our Terms of Site at any time in its discretion. We will notify you of significant changes to our Privacy Policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our Site. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following the date of such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately.
